**Job Description**:
EXIM Logistics Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our team in Bhubaneswar. As an MIS Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of management information systems, data analysis, and reporting processes. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the company's data infrastructure, providing valuable insights to support decision-making processes, and optimizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Management: Collect, organize, and maintain large datasets from various sources, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
- Report Generation: Generate timely and accurate reports, dashboards, and presentations to track key performance indicators (KPIs), operational metrics, and business insights.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Database Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain databases, ensuring data consistency, completeness, and reliability.
- System Optimization: Continuously improve MIS systems and processes to enhance efficiency, reliability, and usability.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, provide support, and communicate insights effectively.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and training to users on MIS tools, systems, and processes.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies regarding data privacy and security.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline data management and reporting processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
