**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage the company's front desk, ensuring it is clean and organized.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain office supplies and keep inventory.
- Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
- Uphold security procedures by monitoring access and issuing visitor badges.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our products/services.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and office equipment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Professional and friendly appearance and demeanor.
- Knowledge of basic office procedures.
- A positive and can-do attitude.
