**Educational Qualifications **:Graduation **+ CS - **LLB
- Knowledge of relevant statutory & regulatory compliances, for RTA related activities and basic MS Office.

**Requirements**:

- Submission of weekly & monthly MIS & pending statistics to the Division Head.
- Attend to investor escalations pertaining to activities / correspondence handled by the Section and cases referred by Companies.
- Training, guiding and mentoring the team members in handling complicated queries.
- Trouble-shooting and providing solutions to difficulties encountered by the teams.
- Co-ordinate and liaise with other departments to take up issues impacting / hampering the activities / productivity of the team.
- Review pending correspondence and take action to clear the same.
- Check and sign checklists for issue of duplicate certificates and transmission of securities without legal representation for executed procedures, for approval by Companies.
