To advise on documentation and queries relating to Bank's various business and products
- To draft, review and advise on loan and security documents such as mortgages, pledges, hypothecation, Guarantees, Counter Guarantees, etc.
- To draft, review and advise on Escrow Agreement
- To review and advise on Consortium Documentation
- To advise Trade Finance Team on invocation of Bank Guaranteesand queries related thereto
- To advise on all legal queries raised by the business units on title search reports for security creation etc.
- To advise on applicable stamp duty
- To research and advise on legal queries in relation to banking products and banking laws
