Develop and leverage a broad understanding of ADP products in support of client needs.
Take ownership and provide end to end solutions for clients

Resolve routine customer concerns with pre-defined solutions while looking for solutions that will allow our customers to focus on their core business.
Should be willing to work in rotational shift (US Shifts)

Listening and probing skills should be excellent.
Should be able to display empathy and acknowledge appropriately.
Ability to articulate complex resolutions in a simplified manner
Mastery and control over verbal communication
Proven proficiency in prioritizing critical client issues and managing workflow (required)
Excellent in both Oral and written communication
Working knowledge of payroll and benefits administration is helpful (Highly Preferred)
Strong interpersonal, conflict management, and mentoring skills
Effective team management, time management skills, organization, and planning required
