Daily Mail Checking of orders & Order related information Maintaining Excel Sheet for all Order received up to Final Invoice Order send to Factory for CBM working & Follow up of Order Status Container wise (i. e. For 20 FT, 40 FT & 40 HC Container) Preparing order sheet and passing it to the concerned executive for prices, Preparing Proforma Invoice After receiving Confirmation from Party, Order should be sent & do necessary follow up Preparing Commercial Invoice, Packing List & getting approval from Senior Executive
- Finalize Invoice & Packing List & sent to Factory for Custom purpose Final Invoice & Packing should be sent Nomination gent & CHA for filling Shipping Bill After receiving the Checklist from CHA, it should be checked & give Approval for it Prepare Bill of Lading & COO format (i. e. BCCI Format / IJCEPA / Memon Chamber / ACD as per requirement of Country & send to CHA or Nomination Agent. Coordinating with Clearing House Agent & Nomination Agent Prepare Freight Approval Follow up for Shipping Bill & after getting it, SB copy it should be sent to Nomination agent Follow up for BL status After receiving First print from nomination agent it should be checked & if there is changes it should be rectified & get corrected from the Concerned Person If container get fumigated, then follow up for Fumigation Certificate & Debit Note Follow up for debit note from nomination agent Preparation of Detailed Invoice Good at Ms. Office, Word & Excel & outlook mails.
