**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation**: Assist in the preparation of ingredients and dishes, following recipes for authentic Kerala cuisine, including items like appam, puttu, and various chutneys.
- **Cooking Assistance**: Support the cooking process by performing tasks such as chopping, marinating, and cooking under the supervision of the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
- **Station Maintenance**: Maintain cleanliness and organization of your designated workstation, ensuring all equipment and tools are sanitized and in good working condition.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor the freshness and quality of ingredients, reporting any issues to senior kitchen staff.
- **Ingredient Sourcing**: Assist in the selection and preparation of traditional ingredients typical of Kerala cuisine, focusing on spices, seafood, and vegetables.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work effectively as part of the kitchen team, communicating clearly and efficiently to ensure smooth operations during service.
- **Learning & Development**: Actively seek to learn from senior chefs, improving your knowledge of cooking techniques and Kerala culinary traditions.
- **Support During Service**: Help during peak service times by plating dishes, assisting with garnishes, and ensuring timely delivery to the dining area.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
