**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Manage and oversee the accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Conduct internal audits and implement effective control measures to mitigate financial risks.
- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, analyzing variances, and providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit process and respond to audit inquiries.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a valid membership.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance post-articleship.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Location - Kolkata

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
