Key Responsibilities:

- Academic Counseling: Offer personalized academic advice to students based on their interests, strengths, and career aspirations.
- Career Guidance: Help students understand various career paths and educational opportunities by identifying their skills, goals, and potential.
- College & Course Selection: Assist students in selecting the right courses and institutions based on their career aspirations and academic profiles.
- Entrance Exam Preparation: Guide students in preparing for entrance exams, offering resources, tips, and a structured study plan.
- Parent Interactions: Regularly communicate with parents to update them on their child’s academic progress and counseling outcomes.
- Workshops and Seminars: Organize workshops, seminars, and career fairs to expose students to new educational trends, opportunities, and industry insights.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of counseling sessions, student profiles, and progress.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Management, technology or a related field.
- Proven experience in academic counseling or career guidance, preferably within an educational consultancy or school environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of various academic fields, courses, and career paths.
- Familiarity with Indian and international education systems and entrance exams.
- Ability to work with students of various age groups and backgrounds.
- Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping students succeed.
