**Responsibilities**:
- **Purchase Order Management**:
- Generate, review, and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication of purchase orders to suppliers.
- **Document Control**:
- Maintain comprehensive and organized procurement records, including purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and other relevant documents.
- Implement and oversee effective document control procedures to ensure compliance and easy retrieval of information.
- **Supplier Communication**:
- Collaborate with suppliers to obtain necessary documentation, certifications, and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
- Respond to supplier inquiries and resolve any documentation-related issues promptly.
- **Travel**:
- Undertake regular travel (30-40% of the time) to visit suppliers, conduct audits, and assess production facilities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers through on-site visits and face-to-face interactions.
- **Quality Assurance Support**:
- Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure that all purchased products meet specified standards.
- Facilitate the exchange of quality-related documentation with suppliers.
- **Cost Monitoring**:
- Collaborate with the finance department to monitor and track procurement costs.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to overall cost-effectiveness.
- **Reporting**:
- Generate regular reports on procurement activities, documentation status, and compliance metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, with a focus on purchase documentation and vendor management.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
