Job Description: Marketing Officer

**Position**: Marketing Officer
**Location**: Saltlake Sector V
**Salary**: Up to ₹50,000 per month +TA + Incentives
**Experience Required**: 1 year in Sales, Marketing, Promotion, and Site Management

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Strategy**: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and achieve business goals.
- **Sales Support**: Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
- **Promotion Management**: Plan and execute promotional events, campaigns, and activities to enhance customer engagement and brand presence.
- **Site Management**: Manage and update company websites and social media platforms to ensure they are current and engaging.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- **Reporting**: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and report on results and ROI.
- **Customer Interaction**: Engage with customers and gather feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, promotion, and site management.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
