Job Summary: As a Client Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and building strong relationships with new clients. This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates who are eager to start their careers in sales and business development. You will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to help you succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and Research Prospective Clients:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Use various tools and resources to gather information on prospective clients.

2. Client Outreach and Relationship Building:

- Present and explain the company's products/services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

3. Sales and Negotiation:

- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure new business deals.
- Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

4. Collaboration and Coordination:

- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and campaigns.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and client acquisition metrics.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of motivation and a results-oriented approach.

Preferred Skills:

- Basic understanding of sales principles and client acquisition strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Previous internship or project experience in sales or business development is a plus.
