Job Description of Quality Manager of Solar Panel Manufacturing Line: 1-Responsible for all levels of Quality Assurance and Control like Incoming Quality Control, In Process Quality Control and Final Quality Assurance of the Solar PV Modules. 2-Product and process audit to ensure the stability of process and quality of product at each stage of Solar PV modules manufacturing process & measure the process performance. 3-Design & Development of Solar PV Modules with technical data as per customer requirements. 4-MIS Preparation and Documentation to prepare the Various Quality Reports. 5-Complete Accountability & Inspection of Visual, Electrical and Final Quality Parameters of the Solar Panel. 6-Ensures compliance with the customer requirements, quality policy, company standards, regulatory and external standards. 7-Improvement in production process to reduce rework, rejections. 8-Man power management with proper utilization to get maximum efficient output. 9-Implementation of Various Quality Standard tools. 10-Responsible for maintaining quality standards across projects carrying out inspection, Customer audits & third party inspection. 11-Manages and maintains the Company’s quality inspection and product release programs for incoming and in-process materials and components, processes and finished goods. 12-Maintains operations data and prepares productivity/quality reports for management. 13-Directs and coordinates the activities of team engaged in quality functions including inspection, analysis and training. 14-Implements measures to improve inspection methods, equipment/tool performance, product quality, efficiency. 15-To ensure that final product meet with both external and internal requirements

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
