**Job Description for BSc Chemistry Freshers - QC Department - Kadi, Gujarat**

**Position**: Quality Control (QC) Executive - BSc Chemistry Fresher
**Salary**: Up to ₹15,000 CTC
**Location**: Kadi, Gujarat

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products in the glass manufacturing process.
- Perform chemical analysis of materials and products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Record and maintain accurate documentation of test results and inspections.
- Operate and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment used for quality control.
- Analyze samples from production batches and report any deviations from quality standards.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure that the manufacturing process meets required specifications.
- Assist in troubleshooting and identifying the root cause of any quality issues.
- Assist senior QC personnel in conducting routine audits and quality assessments.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper handling of chemicals and testing equipment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong understanding of chemical testing methods and laboratory equipment.
- Basic knowledge of quality control processes and standards in manufacturing.
- Ability to work with precision and attention to detail.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in using MS Office (Excel, Word) for data entry and reporting.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the company's quality control standards.

**Qualifications**:

- BSc in Chemistry or equivalent degree.
- Freshers with a keen interest in working in the Quality Control (QC) department are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of the glass manufacturing process and QC standards is a plus but not mandatory.
