**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Troubleshooting and resolving backup job-related issues;
- Working with the vendor
- Following and helping to improve reporting policies;
- Implementing solutions based on architect’s guidelines;
- Following ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, Change and Service Request

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Experience in monitoring and managing backup capacity using CommVault v9 and V10 Ability to build and configure of CommVault servers and its components with knowledge on Backup and Restore for physical servers, VM's, database for CommVault.
- Ability to restore procedure of various types including File system, database, VMs etc while troubleshooting of problems/issues in CommVault backup and restore jobs

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
- Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications

**Required Education**

Bachelor's Degree

**Preferred Education**

Master's Degree
