To collect patient’s files and other details related to patient’s medical record.
- Placing the complete files in the racks.
- To collect information of Notify diseases to be sent to the Civil Surgeon’s office.
- Initiate the medical record by creating and processing the patient care record folder.
- Keeping patient records information confidential.
- To serve and protect the hospital community by adhering to professional standards, hospital policies and procedures.
- To close and file discharged resident medical charts.
- Review charts of discharged residents for the deficient information and inform regarding correction of deficient documentation.
- File resident medical information in the resident chart in a chronological way.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
