We are looking for **MRD Technician/Executive**
- Data maintenance of medical records of all patient details of the hospital
- Discharge MRD: Converting all details from portal to excel sheet
- Maintaining and making entries of all files received after clearance
- Thorough checking of files and putting remarks in case of any missing documents/reports
- Entering the incomplete file records in the Incomplete Register and sending it back to the respective floor for completion
- Rechecking of file completion after receiving
- Getting the complete document file signed by the authorised person
- Arranging files as per series(IP) on racks and labelling them properly
- Maintaining Retrieval Register and sending files as per requirement to various requests received from the hospital
- Filling the Tracer Card for files given on request for retrieval
- Sending mail to General Stores for printing of MRD papers and making them available on floors

Pay: ₹15,086.00 - ₹25,086.82 per month
