We are now looking for a dynamic and result-driven **FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE** to join our team and drive our growth further.
As a Field Sales Executive at APC Aluminium Pvt. Ltd, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the aluminium fabrication material trading sector. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to expand our customer base, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to our overall growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Business Development**:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and customer referrals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively selling the company's products or services.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
**Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to recommend appropriate solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
**Market Research**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential areas for business expansion.
**Product Knowledge**:
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services.
- Clearly communicate product features and benefits to potential customers.
**Sales Presentations**:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's products or services.
**Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, presentations, and closed deals.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback to the Management.
**Travel**:
- Travel within the designated geographic area to meet with clients and prospects.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**:
Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
- **Communication**:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Interpersonal Skills**:
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- **Initiative**:
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- **Technical Skills**:
Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- **Valid Driver's License**:
Valid two wheel and four wheel driver's license is required.
**Compensation**:
- Competitive salary
- Incentive structure based on sales performance
- Travel allowances or reimbursements
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Trichur, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:

License/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 50% (preferred)
