We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented **Telecalling Executive** to join our tax consultancy firm. The primary responsibility will be to communicate with potential and existing clients over the phone to inform them about our tax-related services, schedule appointments, follow up on queries, and support client onboarding.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to individuals and businesses regarding tax consultancy services (e.g., ITR filing, GST registration, compliance, etc.)
- Explain services and benefits in a clear, convincing, and professional manner.
- Maintain records of calls and client information in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication with prospects.
- Schedule appointments for in-house tax consultants or field staff.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve basic customer queries.
- Coordinate with the tax team to provide updates or share documents with clients.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls and conversions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (Preferred: B.Com or related field)
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English (other regional languages are a plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a polite, convincing tone
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools is a plus
- Willingness to learn and grow in the field of tax consultancy
