**Position Overview**:
Quality Analyst or ERP tester holds the responsibility for Quality Assurance over the multiple stages of ERP solution implementation. End-to-end testing is to be carried out to check ERP efficiency, sustainability, security, and user-friendliness to enable correct flawless automation of the software further.
- Understanding business processes & software which is going to be implemented.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with team members and clients.
- Efficiently gather complete information to access and fulfill customer needs.
- Ability to manage multiple client queries and be able to adapt to changing priorities.
- Collaborating with business owners to capture business requirements (remote and in person).
- Driving quality, testing, and delivery methodology process to ensure a successful transition and client satisfaction.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in testing tools like Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, or similar QA tools.
- Experience with SQL queries for database testing and validation.
- Familiarity with various ERP modules (e.g., finance, HR, inventory) and business processes.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Software testing: 2 years (required)

**Location**:

- Rajkot, Gujarat (required)
