**Job Title**: QC Executive

**Department**: Quality Control
**Reporting To**: QC Manager / Quality Head
**Location**: [Kurali-Karjan]
**Type**: Full-Time

**Job Purpose**:
To ensure consistent quality of raw materials, in-process products, and finished Atta by monitoring and verifying compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Raw Material Inspection**
- Inspect and test incoming wheat and other ingredients for moisture, foreign matter, gluten content, etc.
- Approve or reject raw materials based on specifications.
- Maintain raw material quality records.

**2. In-Process Quality Control**
- Monitor process parameters (e.g., milling, sifting, blending).
- Conduct regular sampling at different stages of production.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation as per GMP and hygiene norms.

**3. Finished Product Testing**
- Test Atta for moisture, ash content, granulation, gluten, acidity, color, and microbial load.
- Ensure packaging and labeling compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Release or hold finished goods based on QC results.

**4. Documentation & Compliance**
- Maintain records as per FSSAI, FSSC 22000, and internal SOPs.
- Prepare COA (Certificate of Analysis) for each batch.
- Ensure traceability and batch records are complete and accurate.

**5. Internal Audits & Calibration**
- Assist in internal audits and GMP inspections.
- Ensure timely calibration and validation of lab equipment.

**6. Hygiene and Sanitation Monitoring**
- Conduct swab tests, water testing, and area hygiene checks.
- Monitor pest control records and cleaning schedules.

**7. Customer Complaint Handling**
- Assist in root cause analysis and resolution of customer complaints.
- Coordinate with production and R&D for product improvements.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Knowledge of flour specifications, FSSAI regulations, and ISO/FSSC standards.
- Good understanding of lab testing instruments (moisture analyzer, gluten tester, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems.

**Educational Qualification**:

- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Food Technology / Microbiology / Chemistry or related field.

**Experience**:

- 1-2 years in QC in a flour/Atta mill or food processing industry.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
