**Job Overview**:
You’ll work closely with the design, content, and marketing teams to create meaningful content strategies and ensure brand consistency across all channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Planning**:

- Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies to build brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Identify target audiences and tailor content accordingly across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Create detailed monthly and quarterly campaign roadmaps, calendars, and content themes aligned with business goals.

**Social Media Management**:

- Plan, schedule, and publish content using social media tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
- Engage with users in real-time by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions.
- Foster relationships with influencers, customers, and industry communities to boost organic growth.
- Monitor and grow follower base, engagement rate, and share of voice.

**Content & Campaign Development**:

- Work with design and content teams to create compelling visuals, videos, carousels, and story content.
- Lead the creation of social media ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) from strategy to execution.
- Plan and manage giveaways, promotions, and contests.

**Analytics & Optimization**:

- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics (engagement rate, CTR, reach, ROI).
- Generate weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Use A/B testing, competitive benchmarking, and trend analysis to refine strategies.

**Brand Advocacy & Listening**:

- Identify UGC (User Generated Content) opportunities and customer stories for amplification.
- Actively track online reviews and ratings; manage responses and maintain reputation.
- Flag potential risks, negative sentiment, or PR crises to the leadership team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in social media strategy and execution.
- Strong understanding of major social platforms and their algorithms.
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, or similar.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and time-management skills.
- Experience working with brands in IT services, SaaS, or B2B sectors is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Influencer marketing knowledge
- Crisis management and online reputation handling
- Knowledge of paid media and remarketing strategies
- Community building and outreach strategy
