**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support to internal users, ensuring high system uptime and user satisfaction.
- Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network resources.
- Train and mentor junior system engineers, sharing best practices in system management and operational efficiency.
- Continuously evaluate system performance and recommend/implement improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
- Participate in the full system development lifecycle—gathering requirements, deploying infrastructure solutions, and supporting implementation.
- Manage database configurations, installations, and version upgrades across multiple systems.
- Plan and execute server and network modifications based on business needs and budget considerations.
- Monitor backup systems, manage access controls, and ensure disaster recovery readiness.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT infrastructure role.
- Proficiency in managing Windows/Linux environments, firewalls, and enterprise network configurations.
- Hands-on experience with system monitoring tools, virtualization platforms, and security protocols.
- Strong knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar) and experience in their deployment and maintenance.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure preferred).

- Effective communicator with a collaborative approach.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
