**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as cabin crew with a thorough understanding of in-flight operations, safety procedures.
- Proven experience in a training or mentoring role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to motivate and inspire trainees.
- Certification in relevant training or educational programs is a plus.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for new and current cabin crew members.
- Develop and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Evaluate trainees’ performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Monitor and assess compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other trainers and departments to ensure consistency and effectiveness of training programs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to incorporate into training sessions.
