**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver leadership training programs, workshops, and courses.
- Develop and execute training programs for employees at all levels of the organization.
- Conduct training needs assessments and identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge.
- Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and job aids.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
- Coach and mentor employees to improve leadership skills and performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to align training programs with organizational goals.
- Manage training budgets and report on training effectiveness.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in leadership and training.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Education, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology)
- Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience in leadership development and training in the F&B industry.
- Strong knowledge of leadership theories and best practices
- Experience designing and delivering training programs, including e-learning
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and eLearning development tools.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
