Roles & Responsibilities
- **Generate leads**: Make outbound calls to potential parents and students.
- **Build relationships**: Build rapport with parents and students and maintain positive relationships
- **Provide information**: Explain about the institutes services, including features, benefits, offers, achievements, pricing, etc
- **Handle objections**: Address parents and students concerns and objections
- **Follow up**: Follow up with parents and students to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling
- **Document interactions**: Record and keep the data ready for the future reference and needs to be updated on a daily basis, daily records, daily updates, daily feedback, daily reporting.
- **Shopkeeper**: Handling customers, managing inventory, maintaining shops, taking care of money, etc
- **Meet targets**: Achieve individual and team sales goals

Qualifications: 10th passed, decent communication skills, positive attitude, passion for work, believes in hard work and self, basic computer skills, and fluent communication in the local language.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 48 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
