**Job Description: Hospital Telecaller**

**Position**: Telecaller
**Location**: StemRx Hospital & Research Centre, Mumbai
**Experience**: Minimum 2 years in a relevant role
**Education**: Graduate (Medical background preferred)
**Language**: Fluent in English

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients, answering inquiries regarding treatments, services, and scheduling.
- Inform patients about StemRx’s specialized therapies and services.
- Provide accurate information and address patient queries with a calm and empathetic approach.
- Assist patients in scheduling appointments and maintaining follow-up calls.
- Coordinate with doctors and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient handling.
- Record patient information and interactions in the hospital management system.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow all hospital policies on patient data security.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a telecaller, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries professionally.
- Familiarity with hospital management systems is a plus.
