Quality Control Inspector

Conduct thorough inspections to ensure leather goods meet quality, safety, and customer standards. Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve defects, improving overall product excellence.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Inspect leather goods (handbags, wallets, belts, etc.) for:

- Material quality (leather, hardware, threads)
- Craftsmanship (stitching, assembly)
- Dimensions and specifications
- Finishing (color, texture, treatments)

2. Identify and document defects, non-conformities, or irregularities.

3. Conduct root cause analysis to determine defect sources.

4. Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions.

5. Develop and maintain quality control procedures and standards.

6. Perform audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

7. Train production staff on quality standards and best practices.

8. Maintain inspection records, reports, and statistics.

9. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

*Requirements:*

1. 2+ years of experience in quality control, preferably in the leather goods industry.

2. Strong knowledge of leather types, characteristics, and treatments.

3. Understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.

4. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

5. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹11,000.00 per month

Schedule:
