**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Client-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹250,000.00 per year
