
Training Programs Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- **Needs Assessment**:Identifying training needs by evaluating employee performance and gaps in skills.
- **Program Design & Development**:Creating and developing training programs, curricula, and instructional materials for various learning formats.
- **Implementation & Coordination**:Scheduling training sessions, managing logistics, and ensuring the smooth delivery of programs.
- **Material Creation**:Developing and maintaining both online and printed learning materials and resources.
- **Evaluation & Reporting**:Assessing the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback, and reporting results to management.
- **Vendor Management**:Collaborating with and managing external vendors or subcontractors for specialized training needs.
- **Onboarding**:Creating and implementing onboarding training for new hires to help them integrate into the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- **Organizational Skills**:Essential for managing schedules, resources, and multiple training projects simultaneously.
- **Communication Skills**:To interact effectively with employees, trainers, management, and external partners.
- **Needs Analysis**:The ability to identify skill gaps and determine appropriate training solutions.
- **Budget Management**:Overseeing and managing the budget allocated for training initiatives.
Pay: ₹12,933.69 - ₹38,447.29 per month
