**Responsibilities**:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate departments.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and faxing. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members.
Provide information to visitors regarding the company, its services, and policies.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow. Respond to inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with special projects and events as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive attitude and customer service orientation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
