- High School Diploma or ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification
- Valid **Electrician Qualification Certificate**:

- Must hold a **B License** for electrical work

Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily maintenance complaints across electrical, mechanical, and sanitary systems
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and building infrastructure
- Maintain interior and exterior of the building, including furniture and fixtures
- Ensure all equipment (Transformer, AHU, UPS, DG) is in optimal working condition
- Respond promptly to fault requests and perform necessary repairs
- Troubleshoot electrical system failures and hazards
- Suggest replacements for outdated or faulty equipment
- Write detailed electrical maintenance reports
- Adhere to safety and performance standards

Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a **Maintenance Electrician**:

- Familiarity with **industrial electrical systems** and **National Electrical Code**:

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Routine Tasks
- Inspect wiring, fixtures, and appliances regularly
- Identify faults and potential hazards
- Conduct repairs and upgrades on electrical systems
- Supervise equipment condition and ensure compliance with safety norms

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, a strong technical background, and a proactive approach to building upkeep.
