Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Manager located in Chennai. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of residential and commercial properties. Primary tasks include tenant management, maintenance coordination, rent collection, property inspections, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The Property Manager will also handle budgeting, financial reporting, lease negotiations, and managing vendor relationships.
