**Job Title: Field Sales Executive - Hyderabad, Telangana (Fresher)**

**Location**: Hyderabad & Across Telangana (Statewide Travel)
**Salary**: ₹2.10 Lakh per annum (Fixed)
**Travel Allowance**: ₹3,00,000 to ₹3,84,000 per annum

**Job Type**: Full-Time | On-field Sales | 100% Travel Required

We are hiring energetic and passionate **Field Sales Executives** for on-ground sales across **Hyderabad and Telangana**. This opportunity is ideal for **freshers** with strong communication skills who are ready to explore, learn, and grow in a dynamic sales environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Travel extensively across **Hyderabad and Telangana** to discover new retail outlets and visit existing dealers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and collect orders from dealers.
- Identify new business leads and sales opportunities in assigned areas.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support and service.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree (any stream)
- **Languages**: Fluency in **Telugu** and **English** is a must (Hindi is a plus)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Strong work ethic and willingness to travel daily

**Eligibility**:

- **Freshers welcome** (Sales experience is an added advantage)

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- **Fixed Monthly Salary**: ₹17,500 (Approx. ₹2.10 LPA)
- **Yearly Travel Allowance**: ₹3,00,000 to ₹3,84,000
- **Weekly Reimbursement**: Travel expenses paid weekly based on actuals
- **Performance Incentives**: Additional earning opportunities based on targets
