Position Title: Cyber Security Officer

Location: Malad, Mumbai 

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus

Experience Required: 5+ Years

**Job Description**:
Responsibilities: 
- Develop, implement, and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program.
- Design and implement security protocols to protect company data, networks, and systems.
- Conduct regular security assessments and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities.
- Respond to security incidents, conduct thorough investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations, such as PCI-DSS.
- Stay up to date with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and technology trends.
- Train and educate staff on information security best practices.
- Develop and enforce information security policies and procedures.
- Manage security tools and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and antivirus software.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of the business.

Qualifications: 
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in cyber security or a related role, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are highly desirable

Desired Skills:

- Strong understanding of the current threat landscape and attack vectors.
- Proficiency in security frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with security incident response and forensic investigation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using security tools and technologies.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
