**Role Overview**:
The **Sales Trader** will execute and manage trades on behalf of institutional clients, ensuring optimal execution and client satisfaction. This role involves providing market insights, executing large trades across asset classes, and maintaining strong relationships with institutional investors to drive trading revenues.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Trade Execution**:

- Execute trades across equities, fixed income, derivatives, and other asset classes on behalf of institutional clients.
- Ensure timely and accurate trade execution while minimizing market impact.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Act as the primary trading point of contact for institutional clients, providing updates on market conditions and trade performance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to address client needs and offer tailored trading solutions.
- **Market Insights**:

- Monitor market trends and provide clients with actionable insights and trade ideas.
- Work closely with research teams to align client strategies with market opportunities.
- **Risk Management**:

- Assess and manage risks associated with client trades, ensuring adherence to risk limits and regulatory requirements.
- **Performance Reporting**:

- Generate detailed trade performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- 8+ years of experience in institutional sales trading or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms, and asset classes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage with institutional clients.
- Proficiency in trading systems and order management platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt to fast-changing market conditions.
