Meet with customers to determine their needs and recommend the right loan products to help meet their goals
- Maintain an active knowledge base of all of the organization’s loan products and an understanding of the qualifications required of each applicant
- Identify and recommend products that meets the customer’s needs and the organization’s lending guidelines
- Review active loan files each day to determine if any documents are missing or what can be done to help the process along.
- Data entry
- Sales and coordination.
- Branch leads follow up and conversion.
- Understand products and prevailing industry practices and trends, suggest system/process changes.
- Should generate new gold loans.
- Strong attention to detail and a mind for number.
- Excellent communications and customer service skills.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 2+ years’ experience in gold loan /Sales.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tirur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
