
ERP Coordinator

Position Overview:
The ERP Coordinator will play a vital role in managing client data, handling project workflows, and supporting smooth operations within the construction field. This position requires familiarity with ERP software, especially for purchase and engineering tasks, and a solid understanding of construction project activities like billing, scheduling, and planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Handling
Organize and maintain client data accurately and securely within the ERP system, ensuring it’s easy to access and update.
ERP Software Use
Effectively use Strategic ERP software to streamline processes for project and workflow management.
Oversee purchase and engineering activities within the ERP system, keeping everything in order.
Project Support
Assist in tasks related to project estimation, contractor and client billing, and scheduling.
Work with teams to plan, track, and monitor projects so they stay on time and within budget.
Coordinate among team members to make sure everyone stays aligned and informed.
Improving Processes
Identify areas in the ERP process where improvements can be made to increase productivity and simplify tasks.
Decision-Making and Multitasking
Tackle project-related challenges by making informed decisions.
Manage multiple tasks at once and prioritize effectively to keep projects running smoothly.
Skills Needed:
Proficiency in using Strategic ERP software for construction.
Strong organizational skills for handling data.
Knowledge of purchase and engineering processes in ERP systems.
Project management skills, including multitasking and decision-making.
Experience with estimation, billing, planning, scheduling, and coordination in construction projects.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
