Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Vendor Sourcing: Research and identify new vendors to expand our supplier base.
2. Quotation Management: Obtain multiple quotations from vendors for procurement requirements.
3. Quotation Analysis: Analyze and compare quotations to ensure best value for the organization.
4. Vendor Evaluation: Evaluate vendor performance, quality, and reliability.
5. Submission of Recommendations: Submit recommendations for procurement decisions to the Procurement Manager.
6. Communication: Communicate with vendors, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure smooth procurement processes.
7. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vendor information, quotations, and procurement decisions.
8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
**Requirements**:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
3. Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
4. Personal Qualities:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
