Job description
- Experience in both supervisory and hands-on roles within the construction or real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, practices, and safety regulations.
- Leadership and teamwork skills to effectively manage work crews.
- Proficiency in relevant tools and equipment used in construction tasks.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and documents.
- Problem-solving capabilities to address on-site challenges promptly.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
- Physical stamina to work in outdoor environments and handle physical tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in construction-related fields are beneficial.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
