JOB TITLE

Supply Chain Planning solution architect

Lexmark has deployed a single instance SAP ERP recently converted to S/4Hana and Supply Chain Management Advanced Planning Optimization for Demand Planning and Supply Netwok Planning.

The deployment of a new SaaS planning tool is planned to start later this year

The Solution Architect role is to provide expertise on supply chain planning as well as on sales and operations planning (demand planning) to deliver process improvements and business initiatives for the supply chain planning and finance planning teams.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Problem definition, evaluation of requirements, solution design, solution configuration and validation, functional specifications to deliver new feature and user stories.
- 3rd level assistance in resolving critical production incidents or pain points leveraging the Application Maintenance and Support team.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE
- Expertise in Supply Chain Planning (both supply and demand sides).
- Good process knowledge of supply chain processes and experience with SCM tool e.g. SAP SCM
- Experience with all aspects of the system implementation including, but not limited to, gathering requirements, designing the future state solution, testing, change management and post implementation support.
- Strong configuration experience, ability to determine when to use configuration vs. code as well as advanced troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and willingness to learn a new tool
- Strong written and verbal communication skills will be necessary to work with US and Philippines based counterparts and business stakeholders worldwide.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Successful teamwork experience and ability to mentor business and other team members to help them develop their skills and competency. SA

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of experience

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THIS FIELD
- Minimum 10 years of solution design and global delivery experience
