Interior Site Supervisor

**Job Title**: Interior Site Supervisor (6 months project based)

Location: Whitefield

**Reports to**: Interior Designer / Project Manager**Job Summary**:
The Interior Site Supervisor is responsible for managing and supervising interior design projects on-site, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed according to design specifications, timelines, and budgets. This role involves coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and clients, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety throughout the project.

**Key Responsibilities**:1. Project Oversight**:

- Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of interior design projects on-site, ensuring adherence to design plans and specifications.
- Monitor the progress of construction or renovation work, ensuring that it meets project timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with interior designers, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of the project.

**2. Quality Control**:

- Inspect the work completed by contractors and subcontractors to ensure it meets design specifications and quality standards.
- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the project, making adjustments as necessary.
- Ensure that all materials and finishes used in the project are of the specified quality and properly installed.

**3. Schedule & Budget Management**:

- Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor project expenses and ensure that costs are kept within the allocated budget.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

**4. Communication & Coordination**:

- Act as the primary point of contact between the interior design team, clients, and contractors on-site.
- Provide regular updates to the Interior Designer or Project Manager regarding project progress, issues, and changes.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all parties involved in the project.

**5. Safety & Compliance**:

- Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with relevant safety regulations and building codes.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any potential safety hazards.
- Ensure that all workers on-site adhere to safety protocols and use proper protective equipment.

**6. Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of project progress, including work completed, materials used, and any changes to the project scope.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the Interior Designer or Project Manager.
- Document any issues or delays and provide recommendations for resolution.

**7. Client Interaction**:

- Meet with clients on-site to discuss project updates, address concerns, and make decisions regarding design changes.
- Ensure that client expectations are met and that any modifications are communicated and implemented effectively.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role in interior design, construction, or renovation.
- Proven experience managing interior design projects and coordinating with contractors and suppliers.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, construction methods, and materials.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- **Leadership Skills**: Ability to lead and manage a team of contractors, subcontractors, and other workers on-site.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, designers, and contractors.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
