We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor with procurement responsibilities to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing interior design projects from inception to completion while also managing procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Supervision:
Manage and supervise all phases of interior design and renovation projects.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Coordinate with designers, workers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Procurement:
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality materials, fixtures, and furnishings.

Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.

Manage procurement budgets and ensure cost-effective procurement of materials and resources.

Track and maintain inventory of materials and ensure availability for ongoing projects.

Quality Control:
Implement and maintain quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.

Inspect and approve materials, fixtures, and workmanship to ensure they meet project specifications and design standards.

Documentation:
Maintain accurate project documentation, including procurement records, project progress reports, and any change orders.

Prepare regular reports for management on project status, costs, and procurement updates.

Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with interior designers and other project team members to ensure design intent is met and maintained.

Facilitate effective communication with project manager to resolve issues and keep projects on track.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Interior Site Supervisor or similar role.

Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and managment techniques.

Demonstrated experience in procurement, vendor management, and cost control.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in relevant software tools for project management and procurement.

Education and Certification:
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.

Relevant certifications in project management or procurement will be a plus.

Additional Information:
This position may require occasional travel to project sites.

The role may involve working outside of regular business hours to meet project deadlines.

**It's completely a field work job.**

**Good in taking measurements and site masking**

**Two wheeler is mandatory.**

Pay: ₹20,699.79 - ₹35,975.42 per month
