Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services, explain features, benefits, and pricing, and persuade them to make purchases or schedule appointments.

Inbound Call Handling: Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints over the phone.

Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in a database and following up with leads and existing customers.

Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential customers through phone calls and other means.

Customer Support: Providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Compliance: Adhering to company policies and telecalling scripts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain products, listen actively, and build rapport with customers.

Persuasion and Sales Skills:
Ability to persuade customers to make purchases, negotiate, and close sales deals.

Basic Computer Skills:
Familiarity with computer systems and software, including CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.

Data Entry Skills:
Ability to accurately maintain customer records and update databases.

Adaptability:
Willingness to adapt communication styles based on customer needs and preferences.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Market Research: Ability to understand customer needs and trends.
