**Key Responsibilities**:

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for medical and surgical equipment.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare institutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain the features and benefits of the equipment.
- Identify potential clients and assess their needs.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor products.
- Address customer queries and coordinate with the service team to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer feedback.
- Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to the manager.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience of at least 1 year, preferably in the medical or surgical equipment

industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Willingness to travel locally or regionally as required.
- A graduate degree in any field (medical or healthcare background is a plus).
