Job Summary:
The Field Assistant will assist in various aspects of political campaigns, community engagement, and research initiatives. This position involves working closely with campaign staff, volunteers, and constituents to promote political objectives and gather critical data.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Community Outreach**: Engage with voters and community members to promote campaign initiatives and gather feedback.
- **Data Collection**: Conduct surveys, interviews, and research to inform campaign strategies and public policy positions.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in organizing and executing campaign events, rallies, and town halls, including logistics and volunteer management.
- **Voter Engagement**: Help with voter registration drives and mobilization efforts, ensuring comprehensive outreach to diverse communities.
- **Administrative Support**: Maintain records, track campaign metrics, and assist with communication efforts (e.g., social media, newsletters).
- **Reporting**: Compile reports on field activities and provide insights to campaign leadership.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in political campaigns, community organizing, or related fields is a plus.
- **Availability**: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
