Call Centre Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally and promptly.
- Address customer inquiries, provide detailed information, and resolve concerns effectively.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Follow communication “scripts” and adhere to company policies.
- Escalate complex queries to the appropriate departments.
- Meet personal/team call handling quotas and performance metrics.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is an advantage).
- Proven experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and de-escalate conflicts.
- Proficiency in using call centre software, CRMs, and other relevant tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, or holidays if required.
