We are looking for a Tele Marketing Executive who can handle customer inquiries, introduce our road construction services to potential clients, maintain follow-up calls, and support basic office documentation. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients (builders, industries, institutions, contractors, layout developers, etc.).
  • Explain company services such as TAR Road Construction, Asphalt Laying, Road Resurfacing, Civil Work Services, etc.
  • Maintain and update customer contact database in Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Share company brochures, work details, and quotations through WhatsApp / email.
  • Schedule site visits and connect leads with the technical/project team.
  • Handle incoming inquiries from phone calls, website, and Google Business page.
  • Follow up with customers regularly until conversion.
  • Maintain records of calls, conversations, and lead status reports.
  • Coordinate with management for lead updates and daily reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 12th pass / Diploma / Any degree.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Email, Word, Excel, WhatsApp Web).
  • Ability to speak clearly and confidently.
  • Good communication skills in Tamil (English knowledge is a plus).
  • Prior tele-calling / customer support experience is an added advantage.

  • Polite and positive attitude.
  • Willing to learn about construction industry services.
  • Good follow-up discipline and record maintenance.

Work Timings

  • Mon – Sat
  • 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Salary

  • Based on Experience + Performance Incentives for converted leads.
