**Key Responsibilities**:
**Field Operations**:Conduct on-site visits and inspections to ensure the smooth implementation of company processes.
Execute assigned tasks, adhering to timelines and quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to gather field data and provide regular updates.

**Client Interaction**:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and addressing concerns promptly.
Act as a point of contact for clients during field visits, offering support and solutions as needed.

**Documentation and Reporting**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of field activities, including reports, feedback, and relevant documentation.
Prepare and submit detailed reports on field operations to the management team.

**Problem Resolution**:Identify and address challenges encountered during field operations, working collaboratively with internal teams to find effective solutions.
Provide timely feedback to the management team on potential issues that may impact operations.

**Compliance and Safety**:Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations during field activities.
Implement and promote safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure the well-being of team members.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar field or industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

**Additional Requirements**:

- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field assignments.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours if necessary.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
