UX - Product Designer with Strong Interaction

**What**
**you will do**- You will be part of the design team based in India working with designers and stakeholders across multiple timezones.- Lead UX initiatives, gather requirements, wireframe, design in high fidelity, develop prototypes, deliver production-quality assets, and ensure that implementations align with the vision.- Champion the user experience of the product by working closely with product managers, engineers, and end-users.- Develop workflows, user task analysis, personas, interaction flows, wireframes, low-fidelity mock-ups, navigational flows, and high-fidelity prototypes.- Work closely with UI front end and architects to deliver the final product.

**Who**
**you are**- Lead product design efforts, ensuring cross-team collaboration and building consensus to drive better outcomes and deliver superior experiences to our end users.- Possess the critical thinking skills, creativity, and work ethic required to design complex workflows, data-intensive views, and intuitive experiences.- Able to drive the UX design process from start to finish, working across multiple disciplines to see designs from inception to use in production.

**Skillsets**-
- Ability to clearly communicate design decisions and influence the shape of the product through research, user journeys, interactive prototypes, and high-quality wireframes.- Figma, Adobe XD, and other common product design tools.

**Education**
- Bachelors or Masters in User Experience Research & Design.
- Human-Computer Interaction, Information Science, or Digital Design is a definite plus.

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco pays at the standard rate of 1% of incentive target for each 1% revenue attainment against the quota up to 100%. Once performance exceeds 100% quota attainment, incentive rates may increase up to five times the standard rate with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
